Global Triathlon Para Sequence: Claire Cashmore and Dave Ellis win gold


Britons Claire Cashmore and Dave Ellis, guided through Luke Pollard, received gold medals on the Global Triathlon Para Sequence in Yokohama, Japan.

Ecu champion Cashmore used to be victorious within the girls’s PTS5, whilst global champions Ellis and Pollard triumphed within the males’s PTVI.

A mistake through Kamylle Frenette, which noticed the Canadian pass over the flip at the ultimate stretch, introduced Cashmore with victory.

Ellis and Pollard held off France’s Thibaut Rigaudeau and his information so as to add some other name to their assortment.

Within the Global Triathlon Championship Sequence races, Britain’s Kate Waugh used to be the most efficient of the Brits in motion, completing tenth.

Within the males’s race, Jonny Brownlee and Hugo Milner completed thirty eighth and thirty ninth respectively.
